Sommos Winery has a unique and exceptional vineyard in the D.O. Somontano, located in Barbastro (Huesca). The winery owns 350 hectares of vineyard over 5 farms with the best systems of plantation.
The Architecture of Bodega SOMMOS
Sommos winery has been designed by the architect Jesús Marino Pascual.
This project has taken root within a land of vineyards in which steel cubes arise interlaced from the top soil, helping to create the concept of a winery that is also a cultural object.
There are three halls involved in the architecture of the winemaking process. The production, cask hall and bottle rack take advantage of the thermal, light and acoustic conditions.
Sommos’ architecture is characterized by the uniqueness of its forms and the strength of its steel and glass materials. From there, there arises a harmonious structure surrounded by vineyards, adapting to the rhythm of the seasons.

Sommos restaurant is a space to enjoy our gastronomy with spectacular views of the vineyard and a large terrace.
Alfonso Mora, Head Chef of Restaurant Sommos, has a long history working in prestigious restaurants. He offers traditional cuisine with seasonal local products.
