Bottlest is the largest winery in Santa Barbara wine country and one of the Top 50 largest in the U.S. Have you ever gone to a small “mom and pop” winery tasting room and wondered where they actually make their wine? Or maybe you were in a “big box” store, a supermarket, or a restaurant and wondered how they were able to have their own wine brand? That’s where Bottlest comes in.

Bottlest, and our parent company Terravant Wine Company, are what is known as a “custom crush” winery. That means that while we do have our own wine brands, for the most part we are a “behind the scenes” winery that makes wines and develops brands on behalf of others. These innclude retailers, restaurants, wine clubs, small wineries, and even for individuals like you. Regarding the latter, we’ve brought the same level of customization we offer our large clients down to the individual level through our first-of-its-kind wine personalization app at Bottlest.com.

On Bottlest.com, anyone can customize the flavors of their wine and add a personalized label with names and photos. We offer tours of our million-case capacity winery and you even get to take home a personalized bottle of wine at the end. We also offer several different wine tasting options in our tasting room. In addition to our winery, we also have a full-service restaurant and bar onsite. Open from 11am-9pm (11pm on Fridays and Saturdays), we offer everything from lunch to casual bar food and upscale dinners.

A big attraction for wine lovers is our 52-bottle automated “Wine Wall” that automatically pours 1 oz. sample tastes, 3 oz. half glasses, or 6 oz. full glasses. The “Wine Wall” features Bottlest branded wines as well as wines from more than 20 more wineries. Looking for a full bottle?
