Corte Adami is located in D.O.C Soave area right close to the famous medieval castle. For generation the ADAMI family has literally cultivate its passion and in 2004 Andrea, Martina and Giulia decided to start making their own wine, in addition to being wine grape suppliers, with the same aim as before: producing superioir wines.

True, genuine wines, the perfect combination of the winemaker’s skill, the hidden treasure yelded by the land and the immense wealth of knowledge of the local grapevines. This converge into an harmonious whole that is a faithful rapresantation of the expressive potential of the Soave and Valpolicella wine production areas. Floral and fruity notes, minerality and olfactive and palatal intensity have the incredible ability to create the desire to taste the wine again. Corte Adami quality wine is achieved by the use of increasingly natural, low-invasive methods, short pruning, cluster thinning and promotion of the authochonous grape varieties.
